Eating Smart with Transitions Lifestyle System

ing is important to all Houstonians. Living longer and better is what we all strive for, but in order to do this, we must look at our lifestyle.  Being active and incorporating the right eating habits into our busy lives are essential. 

To help, we now offer a program which we call "eating smart". We use the Transitions Lifestyle System as the basis for our eating smart, because we believe this program is not a diet, a fad or a temporary fix, but a true lifestyle changing program which empowers clients to continue to eat smart and live healthy beyond our program. 

Do people need to be dependent on all those specific weight loss programs and products forever?   NO!

Our program lasts 12 weeks, which includes weekly personal coaching, materials, keeping a food diary, measuring body stats (fat %, H20, lean muscle etc.) and exercise program. No dependencies on meal plans and supplements are required to keep your body fit and strong.

Any clients with special needs, need to have clearance and/or specific instructions from their doctors to participate in our sessions.
