| How to Lose Body Fat!
The general public has the notion that body fat can be exercised away. That notion is absolutely false and any person or advertisement that tells you this is being absolutely dishonest.
Also, the general public believes that proper nutrition and cardio (running, tread mill etc.) will cause weight loss --- that is true! But, what they don't realize that the weight loss is mostly due to initial muscle loss.
Only intense training for muscles keeps and builds muscles. Adding proper nutrition, the body will now choose the fat for energy. Again, the only way to lose body fat indiscriminently is to include intense resistance training. Use "cardio" to have fun or train tasks specific athleticism (like tennis, swimming, running etc.). Besides, you need the muscles to do the fun stuff without injury in the first place. Another fact is that more muscle increases metabolism 24/7, which keeps the body lean = toned.
