The Training is Personal.

Certified Superslow Zone® instructors provide one-on-one strength training using custom designed Nautilus One equipment.  Each client is coached privately at a pace designed to fit individual goals.  All progress is painstakingly monitored and charted.

An Ideal Training Environment.

Our private, professional studio is unlike any other workout environment. No mirrors, music, cell phones or crowds are allowed to distract a client's ability to focus.

The studio is kept to a cool 67 F temperature. In addition, fans at training stations keeps sweating to a minimum.

This means, that clients can walk into SuperSlow Zone®, get fit and leave, all in 20 minutes without needing to change clothing.

The SuperSlow Zone® Protocol is Safe.

All training is done in very slow and timed exercises.  No jerking, rapid movements and heaving are allowed in the protocol.  In fact, SuperSlow Zone®, can be ideal for clients with medical, physical and health conditions when consulted with their doctors.

Only 20 Minutes, Once or Twice a Week.

Each session is a complete workout in about 20 minutes. Since each muscle or muscle group is worked to failure, recovery is key. The intense workout creates the necessary stimulus for the body to adapt. To do so properly, the body needs rest for the muscles to fully recover and become stronger.
